Please do your best to keep sand outside the home. We strive for a clean property for our guests. We know its the beach and understand but if at all possible, leave shoes and beach towels on the deck and use the outdoor shower or foot washing station located below the stairs to rinse. Absolutely NO PARTIES! We want to be a home that families and friends can get together and have a great time but if you are looking for a place to hold a party, this isn’t it. If that is your plan, feel free to cancel with us. Any complaints from the neighbors will constitute a $500 fine that will be added to your booking. Please be respectful to those near by. Please do not allow your children to jump on the beds. They are not built for “Gymnastic Activities”! Please do not leave the fire pit unattended while open flames are present. SURFBOARDS in our home are for decorational purposes only!! Absolutely do not remove them from the walls! Clean up after yourselves! We take a lot of pride in having a nice home for our guests. Our cleaning crew sometimes only has 5 hours to prepare the house for the next guests. We would like everyone to have a good experience. Please return any items that were used in the home and garage back to their original spot and in the same condition as they were found when you arrived.

**Important** **Items you may need** We provide our guests with a "starter pack" for your stay which includes the following: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 5 trash bags, 1 dishwashing sponge, a few dishwashing pods, small amount of K-cup coffee, with creamer and sweeteners. Please be aware that you may have to supplement your stay with your own items in these categories to prepare for the length of your trip and number of guests that will be in the home. **Parking** We have 5-6 parking spaces at our home depending on the size of the vehicle. If you are bringing a trailer with a UTV or golf cart, you should account for this in the space available. Please do not park on our neighbors property. If we receive a phone call about cars parked on their driveways or grass, we will ask you to remove the vehicle immediately. Failure to do so will result in a call to law enforcement to have it removed. Parking on the road is also prohibited. The streets are narrow and your vehicle is at risk of damage from the regular traffic. **Plumbing** Our homes in Crystal Beach are on a fragile sewer system. Please dispose of food waste into the garbage and not down the drain. Also refrain from flushing anything down the toilet except for toilet paper. **Cargo Lift** Our home has a cargo lift, however we do not authorize the use of it for our guests for the safety of everyone.
